• In clinical research, a risk management process is used to identify, monitor and manage potential risks in order to minimize the negative impact they may have on a sponsor, an investigator, the trial participants and the overall reliability of a clinical trial.

• Non-compliance with protocol, GCP and regulations certainly has a negative impact!
